How to Track your order:
Track International Insured & Registered Airmail Shipments (this includes any tracking # ending with TH, SG, TW, HK, or DE):

  • 1) Please enter the Registration number that is located within the order confirmation e-mail for your order in the corresponding box above.

  • 2) You will be taken to our tracking service. Please re-enter the Registration number and select 'Track with Options'. You will then be taken to the dispatch status page, this will show your shipments dispatch information.

    • 3) Next, please click on the 'Select Country' tab located on the top of the page.

    • 4) Select your country from the list provided. If your package has cleared your countries customs proceedures and has been received by your local post office the arrival/delivery status will be shown on this tracking page. If tracking data is not available, this is an indication that either your country does not offer online tracking or the package has not arrived to your local post office yet.

      **Please note that even if your country is on the list provided, not all of these countries will offer online tracking for international registered airmail. Countries that definitely have online tracking are the USA, Canada and Russia. Countries that definitely do NOT have online tracking are Australia and the UK.

    • 5) If you have determined that your country does not offer online tracking for packages, your registration number can be used directly at your local post office. They can confirm if the package has arrived to them or not. For countries that do not offer online tracking, we recommend to check with your local post office if you have not received your package or a notice of attempted delivery after 21 days from the date you received your shipping confirmation e-mail.


    Track UPS Express or DHL Express Shipments:
    • Please enter your tracking number in the corresponding box above. This will take you directly to either the UPS or DHL site for tracking.
Shipping Time Frames:
Standard International Insured & Registered Airmail Shipments:
  • Packages on average arrive to most countries in 10-14 BUSINESS Days, however they can sometimes take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Shipping times vary from shipment to shipment depending upon the post office and your countries customs service in transit. Please understand that once we release a package to the post office, the shipping time frame is entirely dependent upon their services.

International UPS Express & DHL Express Shipments:
  • Express packages on average arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on the destination country and your countries customs proceedures.
