SHIPPING METHODS AVAILABLE:

We ship Worldwide for Free to Any Country via International Registered Airmail through the Thailand Post Office. We ship more than 30,000+ packages per year using this service without issue, it is extremely safe and reliable. Your package will be delivered by your local post office and will require a Signature Upon Delivery. Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses is not a problem with this service. Please keep in mind that each country handles International Registered Airmail differently, but it is always safe to all countries.
90% of Shipments via International Registered Airmail arrive to most countries, within 10-14 days, but can take up to 1 month to arrive depending on the postal & customs services in transit.

When time is of the essence and faster, guaranteed service is needed we recommend to use Express EMS service. EMS is currently available to more than 80+ countries around the globe, please see our FAQ page for a complete list of deliverable countries. With EMS, packages will usually arrive within 3-7 working days, but may take longer depending upon customs processing time. EMS packages are fully insured and have a tracking number that will work for most countries once the package has entered into your home country. EMS packages are typically delivered by your local Post Office and will require a signature upon delivery.
SHIPPING TIME FRAME:

We work diligently to swiftly ship all orders, often within hours of receiving your payment. Please understand that once we release a package to the post office the shipping time frame is entirely dependent upon the postal and customs services in transit.
FREQUENCY:
We ship daily and always within 24-48 hours of receipt of your paid order, with the exception of weekends and Thai National Holidays. Our Holiday schedule for 2009 is:

DUTIES/CUSTOMS:
All duties and/or customs fee's assessed by your country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the cost of the item or in our shipping costs.

HOW CAN I LOCATE MY ORDERS REGISTRATION NUMBER?
To obtain the status of an order and it's Registration number, please Go to the "Sign In" link in the upper-right corner of our page. Once signed in, your order history will be displayed in chronological order. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. Alternatively, you can also visit our "Customer Service" page. On the bottom of this page you will see a box where you can enter the confirmation number for your order and click Go!. All pertinent order information should be available here as well. FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO THE USA VIA INSURED FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED AIRMAIL:
If International Registered Airmail is select at checkout, this is considered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) to be the same as "Certified Mail with Delivery Confirmation" and will require a signature upon delivery. We will provide you with your packages' Registration number upon shipment. This number will be found on the www.USPS.com website, "Track and Confirm" page once the package has been received by your local post office and has either been delivered or has attempted delivery, until then it will show as there is no record of this item. If you are not available at the time of delivery the USPS is required to leave a notice of attempted delivery. It will begin to register at that time on the www.USPS.com that delivery was attempted and that a notice was left. The package can then be requested for re-delivery or can be picked-up at your local post office.
FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO CANADA VIA INSURED FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED AIRMAIL:
If International Registered Airmail is selected at checkout, the Registration number for your package will be provided to you upon shipment. It can then be used on the www.canadapost.ca website. This number will not begin to show in their system until the package has entered into Canadian Customs in Vancouver BC. Please keep in mind that all packages will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery the Canada Post is required to leave a notice of attempted delivery for you. It will also show at that time on the www.canadapost.ca website that delivery was attempted and that a Notice was left. The package can then be requested for re-delivery or can be picked-up at your local post office.
FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO ALL OTHER COUNTRIES VIA INSURED FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED AIRMAIL:
The Registration that is provided to you upon the shipment of your order does not have online trackability. Your registration number can be used at your local post office to check for the arrival status of your order. Rest assured, International Registered Airmail is exceptionally safe, reliable and will require a signature upon delivery.
