Q: WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?
A: FREE! Shipping via Worldwide Insured First Class International Registered Airmail is free to all countries. If you prefer to upgrade to Express EMS shipping, customers in the US can view an estimate of the cost by entering your zip code in the box on the shopping cart page. Customers in all other countries, you can view an estimate of EMS shipping costs during checkout. The final EMS shipping costs will also be displayed again on the invoice you see before confirming and submitting payment for your order.

Q: WHAT SHIPPING SERVICES DO YOU SHIP WITH?
A: You may choose from either Free Worldwide First Class Insured International Registered Airmail or upgrade to Express EMS. Both Worldwide Insured First Class International Registered Airmail and Express EMS are shipped through the Thailand Post Office, both are typically delivered by your local post office, and both require a signature upon delivery. You will be able to select which service you prefer during checkout.
Q: WILL MY ORDER BE INSURED?
A: Yes, all orders ship fully insured for your peace of mind.
Q: WHEN CAN I EXPECT FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
A: For orders shipped via International Registered Airmail, we typically see 90% of packages arriving in about 10-14 days to most countries, but they can sometimes take up to 1 month to arrive depending upon the postal & customs services in transit.
If time is of the essence and you require faster, guaranteed service, we would recommend to select Express EMS service during checkout. EMS is available to more than 80+ countries (please see below on our FAQ page for a complete list of available countries), and usually arrives in 3-7 business days, but may take longer depending upon customs processing time. EMS packages are fully insured and will have a tracking number. Many countries offer online trackability for EMS packages once they enter into your home country.
Q: IS INSURED FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED AIRMAIL SAFE?
A: Yes, rest assured, International Registered Airmail is extremely safe and reliable. We ship more than 30,000+ packages per year without issue using this service. Please note that your package will require a signature upon delivery.

Q: CAN YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
A: Yes, if shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO address, please select International Registered Airmail service. EMS orders require a physical street address for delivery.
Q: WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED AIRMAIL PACKAGE ONLINE?
A: Customers in the US and Canada do have some ability to track orders online, please visit our "Ordering Info" page for additional details. For orders to all other countries, orders are not trackable online. You may check the arrival status of your package at your local post office by providing them the Registration number for your package.
Q: WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY EXPRESS EMS PACKAGE ONLINE?

Q: WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I AM NOT AT HOME TO ACCEPT THE PACKAGE WHEN THE POST OFFICE ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER IT?
A: If you are not available at the time of delivery to sign for the package, your post office should leave you a notice. Your package can then be picked up at your post office. For customers in the US, you may also request re-delivery if you prefer, at www.usps.com.
Q: MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED, HAVE YOU SHIPPED IT YET?
A: You may check the status of your order by either Signing In to your account or by visiting our Customer Support page and entering your order confirmation number in the box provided at the bottom of this page. We ship daily and always within 24-48 hours of receipt of your paid order(excluding weekends and holidays). Upon shipping your order we will also e-mail a shipping confirmation notice to you. If you have not received your shipping confirmation e-mail please let us know and we would be happy to re-send it to you. You may also like to check your spam/junk folder as it sometimes can be delivered there.
